Relaxing your body on your bed, then do a 4 seconds breath in - hold breath for 7 seconds - breathe out. Do it for up to 7 times.
Having clean sheets, slow baths and the lights off before bed helps too.
It's easy.
Go for a very stressful work, work for full 24hrs without a sleep and see yourself knocked into the dreamland like someone under the influence of a sleeping pill. Lol😂
