No. Nostr is very pro-bitcoin/sats, or the people are. Nostr is a different kind of thing, it's not a blockchain, so not like a layer 2. It's a protocol, a set of rules. You can build stuff on it. Currently, social media is the top use case, but lots of other stuff can be built.
