That are the cables for the TV that are integrated (in a pipe) in the wall.
Under the TV is usually a small cabinet with some TV-equipment.
This way you don't see any cabling.

I am a Electrician Apprentice, so I can't unsee the cables when I see them haha xD
My brother in law is an electrician himself. He always wants to hide cabling where he can. He hates surface-mounted cable ducts 😂
