I'm sure it will happen sooner than later. My smaller account was very lucky to win a Black Foil Arcane during the 2nd draw with a 1/3 of the entries as my main account. At the end of the day, it is all about getting lucky!

Admittedly, I've spent a few hundred dollars buying a couple of the meta rares in Black Foil Arcane and they look sweet!
