3. Sell Hive for USDT
4. Buy BRL with USDT
5. Withdraw BRL using PIX to my bank account.

Years ago, before I started using Binance, I used to use Blocktrades to exchange my Hive/HBD for BCH(lower fees than BTC), transfer them to a local exchange called Mercado Bitcoin_{("Bitcoin Market")} and sell them there for BRL, which then I withdrawn using PIX to my local bank.

You can also use Hive-Engine to sell your Hives for other cryptos that have wider acceptance.
