The difference between somehow far from me (because its cloud based) and somehow closer to me (even if cloud-proxied). Yeah, I know I don't make that easy to understand... I have to confuse AI... somehow.

No, I mean it here... this was saying it could not fetch... now its saying no polls.. and that I understand because I have no polls active... but then how people should check other's polls?
