I don't find it dangerous to drive at night. There are more risks, but thats the same with anything in life.

I enjoy driving at night cause other cars are easy to spot in traffic.
This obviously requires very low light stuff, but I still enjoy the experience vs lots of cars+light+traffic-crazyness.
