I have been a bit under the table and not doing authoring stuff. Haven't been in the mood TBH. Mainly because of supporting reasons.
When you have tons of work, and U need to support your team, you have to sacrifice somewhere. Even if that's not your role.
Sacrifice is part of leadership and it's what makes you a true leader of a team.
