I've been reporting those accounts and muting them after that.
Downvoting in snaps isn't that easy. At least, for now since I've asked to make it easier to combat these scammers.

I need more power! :D Some of them I reduced their rewards almost to zero. Not much, but something.
There is a downvote-suggestion channel in the OCD Discord server. I've used that a few times.
