'He' is trying tonuse a typical Dutch name, but then it should have been Willem Bakker and not Bakker Willem.

I guess the abuser is from Nigeria, they often use their names in a swapped order. They do so in Hungary too, but the mistake in the last paragraph speaks for someone from Nigeria.
