Cooling off in the backyard after my first non stop 5K run after my injury 💪
I really had to get some exercise after 4 hours in a car and visiting both my father as my father in law for fathers day.
It was full day, but we had a great time.

Well, some days we have to lay back and just do nothing else than watch tv.
