It's actually not a poster. It's made of threads. My wife did the styling (except for the plant 🤣).

Looks good! That can be nice to have the outlet inside the cabinets if you want to hide cords or something!
I can place a lamp there. I have the same on the other side of the chimney with the TV above it. All the cables are in the cabinets.
