That's a nice idea.
HP shows how invested they are in the chain, but it may mislead if someone is a new user...
Maybe this is just a matter of perspective.
The rep too, so that's how you determine whether it's a new user.
And I think a combination of figures gives you more information. I would love to have a number for engagement there too. But I don't know how I can realize that.
