I've fallen off the wagon a bit with that. Sounds like you're going a bit further than me. The study I read suggested 3 times 10 minutes which, when I get into th swing of it, is pretty easy to fit in. I need to get started on it again.

I just experimented with how long it took me to go round the block, which is about fourteen minutes. If the block was smaller, I'd do ten minutes 😂 Or maybe as I get faster, I'll get it down to ten minutes! I agree, easier to fit into the day.
I timed myself for 5 mins and then turned round and walked back the way I came. I go to number 16 Second Avenue and then turn around. At least when I'm doing it. As I said, I've not been doing the walks recently. It's soooo hared to get back into the habit no I've broken it. 😞
Yes, there's that option. I used to walk up the road a bit after a long walk, just to get steps over 10k.
