The inflation rate declines overtime is my understanding. I am not sure where a resource is that has it broken out. I am assuming it is explained in the whitepaper but I haven't looked at it recently.

Yeah I looked at the whitepaper and found out that every 250000 blocks the inflation falls for 0.01% until it reaches 0.95%. This is gtk because that means that HIVE will never be deflationary by design.
Thanks for pulling this up. Good info! I think 0.95% inflation will be more than enough because around then we should be close to 1 Billion HIVE or some crazy number like that.
Good point! I'll add that to my to-do list and try to visualize it. It would be really interesting to see how many HIVEs will be in circulation in the future and what the inflation rate will be!
