No, for there to be snow it would have to be much colder. I think it doesn't snow in Buenos Aires, although it does snow in other cities in Argentina.

Ahhh I see, so this cold isn't a habit for you. It would be hard for me too, it doesn't usually get cold here, so I think I'd suffer with 12 degrees haha.
In my hometown, the normal temperature is 30 degrees or a little higher. I didn't know the cold or the change of seasons until I moved to Argentina, but I'm getting used to it now.
It must be a bit of a struggle at first, but then your body gets used to it.
