It's easy to say, "war is good for the economy," if your economy isn't the one being bombed to smithereens and your people aren't the ones being slaughtered. Diverting production to war is not market productivity, and rebuilding from rubble is not wealth creation.

This is so true, war is the total destruction of a countries economy.
It destroys the economies of the victors and the vanquished.
IT's never good for the economy. It's only good for a few people that are producing weapons and ones that take advantage of the suffering of others.
