I mean of its a democraty it mean thats the way the people living there decided that the land ahould be, so in a way gov is a mix of indiviual.
Might not be perfect, but what better syteme do you imagine ?
Democracy is government by bandwagon fallacy and false choice, plus the problem of politicians lying to get elected, and then using the proceeds of political plunder to buy more power. Representation is a myth. It's not perfect, but it's even a good system.
