I can’t begin to describe how much I can’t stand AI and the companies that have made this the priority for customer service products.
If this is the future. I want nothing to do with it.

I can't recall a technology as imposing as AI. Historically new tech had some adoption grace period, where enthusiasts and entrepreneurs came up with use-cases that make the rest want to adopt it... but at the rate AI is being thrown at us, and w no opting-out. it's overwhelming.
that’s just it. some people’s jobs are becoming obsolete in weeks not years. it’s crazy how quick it’s happening
yes, and it's only accelerating... it's affecting people's jobs, mental health, violating copyrights, there is also the environmental impact, and honestly I don't see us being able to avoid it indefinitely.
AI seems to mess things up the more
I have nothing against AI, it's the people who have popularized it in the worst possible way.
Agreed. I've said so many times directly to the companies.
it’s so awful. just makes you feel like an unwanted burden even though you are a customer and the reason they are in business
Yes let alone knowing they've likely cut staff because they have replaced with AI.
The same here.
Anything specific, it seems pretty broad statement. I enjoy using AI and like the paradigm that switched lately.
i can’t stand it all. i think it’s the worst thing humanity has come up with. but it’s tech. and everyone will adopt it.
Well as a fan of ciberpunk topics since I was a kid. Specially the Japanese view of cyberculture, AI always seemed as a step towards singularity. Already you are seen the one man army (company), and soon the possibility to build technology exponentially better. Think the impact of AI on cell editing on CRISPR, or 3D Printing, IOT or world creations in cyberspaces. AI assisted transhumanism and probably accelerating the creation of nanobots.
I'm so into this point of view!
can’t stand it.
