I am one of those who say this. As both a creator and a user on Hive, I've seen how most people just come to share and receive rewards. There is also a shortage of audiences for certain specific niches, such as anime, for example. 🥲

yeah i think that’s because it’s such a small community overall. more people would mean bigger communities and tribes.
Well, I don't know if I would consider it a "small community" with thousands and thousands of members, but I don't know, it's just my opinion. Everyone has their own definition of small, and I respect that. What I do admit is that there's very little interaction or active users, not only in the anime or movie niche, but in other niches as well.
This may be due to the lack or scarcity of promotion or advertising that many communities do NOT do on social networks after creating them, Lack of moderation by experienced or expert people in the topics or niches that these communities supposedly deal with, or the habit or custom of prioritizing the rewards before growth and genuine interaction in their own communities.
In short, there are many things to consider, and most of them sometimes (or frequently, who knows) fail, and that's why we are where we are. Ultimately, we are the ones who make up the enormous Hive community, so only we ourselves can make that community grow and thrive over time. So far, they have done a decent job in standing firm in the face of the current global economic crisis and many other problems.
We just need to move forward and reinvent ourselves, which is more important. Sometimes success is achieved by doing what we are not used to or what we see as impossible to do.
