Beauty is lost in the sadness of the birds' eyes. Lately, I've been seeing the zoo through different eyes; the animals' sadness is clear. Just like any human being, no one wants to live behind bars.

It's very noticeable when animals feel constrained, freedom is a universal yearning.
The worst thing of all is seeing people's happiness in such a situation.
Once I started seeing zoos in a different light, I never visited one again.
If it were up to me, I wouldn't visit, but my son wants to see the animals he's never seen before. The good thing is that I'm guiding him for the future.
So, you're doing something good after all.
I totally agree. Any animal that lives free in the wild should be released to the wild.
I visited the zoo because of family influence, but it's a place I dislike; I feel the animals suffer. Imprisoning beings for human pleasure is something I see as inhumane.
