PVS ppl hve diff immune profiles, includ redced circlating memry & effector CD4 T cells (type 1 and type 2) & up in TNFα+ CD8 T cells. Serological evidence of recent (EBV) reactivation was seen more in PVS participants.

    PVS ppl reporte more new diagnosis of Neuro conditions. LC ppl report more use of Antidiarrhea, brochoilators, inhaled steriods an nirmatrelvir. Participatn with PVS report use BLACK SEED OIL, DANDELION,INTERMIIATE FAST,East pine Needle.
