I can handle very hot Mexican spices up to a certain point, but for some reason, Asian hot spices are too much for me sometimes. You must have some serious hot peppers in that region of the world. This noodle dish looks tasty.

Yeah, that's what I noticed too, our peppers are a bit different and they have real kick to it. Especially where I am from, we swears by chili and I don't even know how people could tolerate that.
