I believe so. All the alternative front ends left for Hive.
Steemit is about self-upvoting through bidbots. Content is dead there except a trickle of World of Xpilar community (though based on bidbots too). Guys with big stakes try to squeeze last drops from the dying blockchain. They haven't had new projects since the fork as I know.
They can block some IPs, my phone is blocked forever but laptop is not.
If I open exact links then it works.
Gorilla controls censorship there. He is hosting steemit.com as per my knowledge.
