I started off calorie counting for a bit until I figured out all the hidden calories. It was really enlightening. Like, a teaspoon of cooking oil is a billion calories. Cheese too.

So I adapted accordingly and... stayed consistent. Learned to say 'no' socially, no snacking.

Being consistent is key hey? And once you feel better, it's easier to just keep going.
