Big Sage after a fresh rain. Wish I could share the smell of the sage that permeated the air. It was an amazing olfactory delight on my morning walk yesterday. 😀

What a beautiful place drenched in light. It looks like it's on a high elevation because of the sparse vegetation on the field.
It's a nature reserve in Bend, Oregon about 3000 feet elevation. Probably what the central Oregon high desert looked like prior to being developed.
Cool! It has a nice alpine feel to it.
We've had some fresh rain here too after a couple of dry weeks. Nature always looks better after that!
Yeah, we've had some wildfire smoke also so the rain made everything fresh and clean again... at least for a little while.
Love the smell of Sage and just after rain, must have been fantastic!
