The towny deer are the tamest. Where I live out of town they are a little less tame. And of course in the BLM and National forest lands they are very wild. I guess it's all about where they grow up. :)
They are pretty. But they taste good too. Love fried deer steaks. My youngest son hunts some but hasn't gone yet this year. (Don't think it's season yet)People around here are getting ready for deer season tho.
This is a subspecies of white tail deer found mostly in North, Central and South America. Reindeer or Caribou are a little more arctic and subarctic. At least that is what Wikipedia told me. :)
Nice capture! There’s something calming about wildlife moments like that. 🦌
It does give you a feeling of belonging to something bigger.
He looks young and ready to rumble.
Yeah, he is a good looking specimen that's for sure.
Cute deer 🦌 😍
He was especially photogenic here. :)
Nice looking buck!
I agree. Most the in town deer you see are a lot scruffier looking.
Do you hunt? (Not the in town deer😂)
We have a lot of deer around here too.. Even in town
Only with my camera. ;)
