It was actually sunrise, a little before 9AM.
What a beautiful view captured. Columbia River looks like a great place to relax in close connection with nature. 😍
A lot of the gorge is a protected area so you are right, lots of nature to enjoy and relax with. :)

The views would come and go as we drove in and out of the fog. The low clouds made an awesome addition to the landscape. :)
I can imagine how the fog added an extra touch to the landscape. The feeling when you pass through the fog is that you're among the clouds, hehehe...
