Is it eagle species?

From what little I know they are not related to eagles, hawks or falcons scientifically. They are a species all their own that are found worldwide. They are sometimes called Sea Hawks, Sea Eagles or Fish Hawks though.

Ow. Even beak with those looks like an eagle still did not belong to that specie.
