I receive my work salary on Bank
But my bank cease that money and not give me the opportunity to send it elsewhere
When i ask "why?"
I received "you have a tax fine"

That's the main problem. I mean, at least one of them.

In Greece like this work. If you late to pay your taxes the take the money for everything you have in bank. The funny is the bank is owned by me but can take all the money if i not pay them in time.
