I have solar panels and a battery, which gives me a bit of resistance to power outages, but I have always wanted more grid-independence.
That's so ideal for my job, but installing solar panels is so expensive. T_T

It was definitely not cheap, but in a few days, it will be a year since I installed them and I'll make a post about how much money they've saved me so far.

I approached my desk and found a can identical to the others, still figuring out what it contains. I opened it and heard it fizz before sniffing it. It smelled like coffee, but not quite the same. Intrigued, I took a slow sip...
And that is when the world changed. Everything seemed to be brighter. Everything was clearer. And, somehow, the intricate details in the surrounding world was full of beauty. The way the pile of the cheap office carpet was twisted careful by a machine, the slow flicker of ...

Wait... what is that? It's so colorful... flickering light that is bright and stunning, reminiscent of the fireworks I saw at a summer festival. I felt myself floating in the cool breeze. It was euphoric... addictive...
Bob had gone so far as to wear a hive t-shirt now, as if his constant shilling and pushing us to give it a try wasn't annoying enough. While trying to ignore him when we noticed he was staring angrily at his screen and then shouted:

Finally satisfied my burger craving by making them myself today. No pictures, because they're eaten. "Superfood slaw" (Celery, Cabbage, Beetroot, Kale, Lettuce) - Beef, cheese, hot sauce, and grilled pineapple. YUM.

I often don't write down my ingredients when I make a meal, and just make it up as I go...
I've been craving burger too! but I made the cheap version with just the buns, egg and cheddar 🤣
I think my bill was $10AUD for the meat, $2.50 for the bread, $2.5 for the slaw, and probably under $1 for the cheese, sauce, and electricity to cook it all. Given that is three meals, 2 for my wife, and 1 for me - its better value than buying a pre-made one :) But still.. luxury
That combo sounds epic... grilled pineapple for the win. 🍔
