Yes. It's a mixture really but there are some of the giant ones in there too. Those are what came and survived so far. We were really just testing to see if they would grow. Between my oldest son and the chickens the seeds will be enjoyed🌻
Do you process them for the seeds? I tried that and it turned out not to be worth it. Those seeds propagate easily and keep growing where you don't want them to for years to come, lol
We're just growing too grow them. My son enjoys sunflower seeds however I see the chickens enjoying them more than us🤣

I'm happy that today topped a 10 day streak for my daily #5k #run. That's on top of a morning and afternoon #walk with #TinyT that can go for up to 5 miles each, though average 1,5-3 miles. All my times are remaining stable or a few seconds faster, which is perfect. With an avg of 9:28 per mile today I'm hoping to hit a 9 minute mile flat by the end of the week. I'll settle for next week, if that's how it works out.
I've been neglecting the weights for the last few weeks, but am ready to add those back into my schedule here pretty soon. Spring repairs around the house have been keeping me pretty busy, but are mostly all caught up now.(@bushcraftbites #health & #wellness acct) #fitness #activity #hiverun
