My advice is: Alcohol and smoking feels good, but the cost of dialysis and chemotherapy is very expensive.
Don't joke with your sleeping time and always stay hydrated. Most headaches, fatigue and the likes reduce/get better when you drink enough water or get enough hours of sleep.
You see sleeping time, most people are ignorant about their sleep schedule. Some are not really ignorant but busy with a lot of things. While some are busy with unimportant things like gaming, movies and some other things that doesn't make sense
One thing I always tell people is to prioritise their sleep no matter what. A good sleep is better than anything and refreshes as well as rests the brain

Eventually getting resistant to drugs due to self medication is one of the many reasons I refuse to indulge in it. Personally.

Also go for checkups. Don't avoid it because you're scared.
