I was having a conversation with my best friend yesterday night while catching up on life as we have both been busy.
She asked of confidence a good friend of ours,who travelled and shut us out.
I didn't know how to respond.

There will be people who you grow beyond or where time and space no allow energy for. While yes, sometimes we must intentionally leave relationships, I think these ebbs and flows are a natural part of life.
Well I generally wish her the best wherever she is because I miss her a lot I missed a friendship we had the memories we shared and I cherished them everyday.

I, too, have lost friends that I thought would be in my life forever or a long time. Sometimes, the fault was from other. Other times, from them. But I've learned to stop crying over spilled milk. Life will go on, regardless.
I'm fine as long as there is no bad blood between us.
So it's not necessary that you must have the right responses. But if you can, share your feelings in an honest way. If you haven't, reach out to your friend just to know her reasons.
If you have done that and you now know it's her decision, let her be. You will grow past it.🫂

When it comes to matters pertaining to friendships, I believe everyone has had their doses of it. It's often a bittersweet experience life leaves in its wake.
Communication matters a lot for real. If you both had been in touch just as you would love things to be, you wouldn't have had any reason to be speechless. Sighs. 🤦🏼♀️
Since it's obvious and the only one wanting the communication so it's better I be back off I have things to face in my own life
I've lost a couple of friends too. No texts, no calls. Nothing.
They just went MIA almost like we never crossed paths and that made me feel down.
But before I eventually move on with my life, I try to reach out to other friends they're likely to be in touch with, to ascertain I didn't offend them in anyway whatsoever.
To be honest it's hot a lot when we lose good friends for no tangible reason it's really hot a lot but life goes on.
That is life for us all. We just can't change how things turn out to be.
But along the line, we meet people, lose people and meet more people. That's just the way that goes and yesss, it hurts. A lot. Even when we want to pretend that it doesn't.

You know the thing here is I met confidence through my best friend and we became very close friends she went through nursing school and all through the stress of it we were all together praying for her graduate with flying colors and get a good job

I'm finally she gets the job and moves to port Harcourt and decides to trust everybody out I notice it at first and I tried to reach out so many times and it was as if I'm forcing conversation communication is very important both influence it and relationship
That sort of awkward conversation is one I always pray not to find myself in.
When I reach out to someone and equally bring up topics for conversations, if I don't receive a similar enthusiasm, I tend to take a step back.

I hardly keep friends.. in fact, I consider 99.99% of the people around me as acquaintances and as such, I don't really emotionally invest in anything to avoid disappointments such as what Confidence did.
When I meet someone, I have the mindset of "wetin go be, go be." I don't really have the luxury of chasing friends when I can use that same energy to chase money in a sensible way
This my boss you like money , life goes on any ways we could be used the time we invest in chasing friendship and investing our emotions in the wrong people and make money.
At the end of the days survival is the goal.
I think I would follow suit in what you do because most times we call people friends while they don't call off their friends and where we are emotionally invested and they leave we hurt a lot getting over them

A father's expression of love is quite different. So, it is just natural for him to act this way. He is not just straightforward with his words. But he does care a lot.
