This hit hard for real and the fact that it isn't just in terms of appearance but even over text messages just makes it all worse to be honest.
"I'm fine" has become the words everyone slips out of their tongue and hears now and then. 90 percent of the time, people would rather keep their challenges to themselves than to share it with others.
Of course, I won't blame anybody for that cause it's either a result of past experiences with other people or the feeling of not wanting to burden one's loved ones with their problems.
All that notwithstanding, I hope everyone finds the strength to keep pushing.
