I believe it has to make a double bottom first. After that, depends on ETH. If ETH starts growing above ATH, it ll be a sign many alt coins might surge. So some people ll slowly buy HIVE as well - the price will start growing then. How much? I don't know. This is my theory
Last year by this time it was high. I wonder what's happening now.
