Lately it's been pretty often. We had couple big limbs fall. Some of those were cut up for firewood the rest we burned.

They do shade the house and help keep it cooler

We think so. It's expensive AF but my 2 son's and Doug and I are buying it. Hopefully we'll still be here in 30 years lol that's how long we have to pay for it
That's a bold project, but it's worth it. 🤞
It has had me stressed lol it's dependant on us all. We can do it tho. And there's enough land when the time comes my youngest can build his own house.
Looking ahead, this is an incredible opportunity for building something great.
