I have to say I don't use reddit that much. Now, when I opened it, I saw "Answers". Before clicking it, I prayed "please don't be AI". Of course it is AI... Why do we need to put AI on EVERYTHING? Name one social media app except for Hive frontends that don't have integrated AI

I want to correct: PeakD pretty prominently puts AI as an assistant on EVERY post. But it isn't as annoying and omnipresent yet, as the chat assistants elsewhere
IIRC, InLeo also had some AI bot answering thing. I don't know it that is still a thing.
Hive frontends do have integrated AI, at least PeakD does.
Yes, I realized that too, right after hitting post. But honestly: PeakD's AI doesn't suck as much as other platforms useless chat AIs. PeakD tries to make it a useful tool rather than slapping it into somewhere just because "everyone does it"
Reddit also does have useful thing they do with AI. When you click on someone's profile it gives a summary of it.
But eh most apps haven't really find what to do with AI.
True, AI seems to be everywhere lately... Hive still feels more balanced. 👍
