What happened to the admin of #surfhive btw? When admin go AWOL that long the community should be shut down. Thoughts?

I know that in some games they remove the owner of a group after a certain time of inactivity.
Then the oldest member gets moderation rights. But that doesn't solve the issue here.
Maybe an indicator that the community is unmanaged would be good.
That's only be polite, right?
