I'm quite disheartened by the lack of sites for people to upload #music easily these days. MP3.com, Purevolume, Noisetrade were all places I would frequent and find indie artists. I guess Soundcloud and Bandcamp are the only places left?

Same here... SoundCloud/Bandcamp are doing the heavy lifting now. Hope more options return.
Seriously! I hadn't visited those sites for a few years because I was using Apple Music, but now that I'm switching to a self-hosted music collection, I'm seeing how difficult it is to get digital albums now. In the words of Esthero, "We [are] in need of a musical revolution."
