Platform is HARD to use. I think there was a long time that they couldn't take uploads either. Being shut off from uploading to your audience isn't going to be good. Plus no 4K which is widely supported these days.
For me particularly.. The 5GB max file size limit. Can't upload my vods.
It's also not straight forward to use, the UI is kinda arse, no discovery features as such and it has reliability issues.
