If I'm not mistaken, in this 4-day work model, which has already been tested in Japan and some other places, the theory is to keep everyone's salaries and do everything in 4 days haha, at least that's the theory, we don't know how it would be in practice.

In my book it would be weird to be able to have same economic output with less man hours worked. But I am no economist and maybe we could make it work :)
I don't remember exactly how the whole process works either, but was supposed to be like this, with a reduction of one day but without penalizing the salary, in which case there would have to be enormous concentration on the part of the team to deliver the same results.
