Ideas to increase demand for HP: I believe this has been discussed several times, but scaling the use of RC somehow is key. Nowadays, with 100 HP you can do everything; increasing the demand for RC = increasing the demand for HP to do more.

Cool, that's really interesting. The APR can be individual, the witnesses set the maximum possible, and it depends on each person individually to run minutes to increase their HP in order to increase that % of the APR in relation to the HP.
Fixed APR is better. But amount of HBD that give interest is directly tied to either HP directly or USD value of HP
