After the link takes place, you will be redirected again to the address https://hiveposh.com/dashboard and the link will be completed.
On the left, it should look like the image below. In place of "Shiftrox" there will probably be your username from the respective platform

Once that's done, now you need to share the link to your Hive post on reddit.
First you get the link, it's the address at the top of your browser's address field, copy it, log in to Reddit and then follow the number in the print below:

First choose the community (1), remembering that you have to choose one that matches the post you are sharing.
Then paste the link you got (2), the title loads automatically but you can change it if you want. The body text is optional.
Finally, click on "Post" (3)

Finally, wait a bit, in the post here on Hive, the profile @redditposh will leave a reply with the direct link to the post on Reddit, this will be a guarantee that everything went well.

Well, from the message it seems that your account has been permanently banned, so I think you have to log out of both Reddit and the redditposh website and then link a new account.
You have to create a new account on Reddit from scratch, using a different email address.
