There was some report recently where they showed they were losing millions of dollars because people were saying please and thank you basically using a lot of tokens over all the users.
I think I heard about that. I thought it was funny, because I chat online and, out of politeness, I end up saying thank you, even if it's something unusual. I end up doing that. xD
