Welp it looks like I need to replay v1.28.0 on API node sooner and it isn't even tagged yet. My node threw an error and refused to restart.

I might end up restoring from snapshot if this bug is coming from the new version, it occurred when a witness running v1.28.0 missed a block
I hope it's just a network or a delay that would be resolved soon.
