It is hybrid work, I usually work from home remotely, but few days a month I need to show up at the office based on my contract. I always tell myself that I need to stop with it, but the perks are very good and I delay the decision.
Ohh... got it... Yeah, the benefits usually prevent people from quitting. hahah
