It does, but consider this: if you put the Philippines together, that land mass would not be much bigger than California --1,000 miles long and 300 miles wide, and we have a long Pacific coastline and mountains and forests and rivers in a temperate to near sub-tropical zone -- so, whatever kind of weather people like, we have it somewhere!
Here, winter is on the endangered species list ... autumn tends to meet spring, leading to nine months of spring-like weather and allergies all year!
If it weren't for hayfever, it would have been the best season... My country doesn't experience either, though... just wet and dry. XD
