What works for me: open the blog in question, scroll right to Replies, find the offending reply, open the tiny menu next to the Upvote button and pick Downvote.
Mind you, I only use Firefox and Brave.

im just trying to get farmers who comment on my snaps posts to get downvoted but theres no downvote button
