Ohh I really don't know if some countries don't have sea urchin but I guess some don't have. This is sea urchin we call Kun-kun and we break it open and eat the gonads or yellow thing inside. It really taste delicious when eaten with leftover rice.

Ohh it is another kind of it we eat here. That one has long spikes on it then folks remove it to consume
